Me three. I also donate blood, and am on the list for kidney, platelet, plasma, and marrow donating if needed.

My $.02 is, there's no need for a shortage of these organs.

I am a organ donor, and have been since the first day that I got my license (23 yrs.), I became a marrow donor, as soon as I knew that there was such a thing.
I stand by my statement, that ALL life is precious.
I was referring to any free medical, wether it be in Mexico or the US. If these people felt like they would get good care in Mexico, I doubt that they would risk (and give up) everything to come here (legally or not). I am in no way implying that Mexican doctor's are less than US doctor's, it's just that theor country is poorer than ours, and they may not have the newest technology and equipment needed for these things.
No I don't agree with Illegally entering this country. Would I go to another country illegally to get "the best" for my child? YES, I would do anything!
I don't believe that "lifesaving medical care" should be withheld from anyone, reguardless of nationality, age, wether they are legal or not, even if the problem is in someway self induced (smoking, asbestos poisoning, any other exposure type disease).
The value of life is the point I was trying to make to you.

I for 1 have issues with illegal immigration and the way our government deals (or fails to deal) with it. Then again, regardless, the tragedy was due to a human error. This error was preventable and needs to be dealt with. The family should have some recompense for their tragic loss. They should also be treated like illegal aliens. I am sorry for the family, but by the same token, they need to be sent home and they can follow the legal channels to come here.
