    Christ is the issue not church. Invite her to the home Bible study you have or are starting.

    I will only give one reason- failure to be in tune with the movement of the Holy Spirit. The church at Jerusalem in the book of Acts was in tune with the Holy Spirit, and He did amazing things. When they ceased to be in tune with the Spirit, there were problems. It is the same today.
