There was the one who came preaching believe and trust in me and you shall be saved. He was preaching and teaching how He was the Son of God.

There was some and believed and followed Him and those who did not and mocked Him and said you are here in here with us how can you save us when you couldn't save yourself.

One day He was Gone leaving with those who followed Him. Leaving behind those who to this very day regret not following Him.

It is to late for them, but not for you.

    Parable

It's a parable, people will get what they want to get out of it.

    My Point

The point is and always will be to show the world God's love for them and the hope they have through Jesus Christ, even though men try their best effert to call God a liar. The bad part is they don't believe they are doing that..God tells us to go out, He will make the message clear to those who believe. He has already given us what to believe through His word all we do is believe.

    Wake us up

You don't get it rip. Jesus words are Spirit and Life.

His word wakes us up and gives us two roads to believe in Jesus and be saved or not and be condemned.

Do you disavow the things I said in my post, or do you agree?

    Agree

I agree with every word in that post until the words of Jesus is preached then it is out the window.

Who can save me from this body of death praise be to Jesus.

I still don't see what the title has to do with your comments. I wonder if you might explain?

    Where?

It's kind of like the lazarus and rich man sparable, it is a parable.

Did that happen or not, it is up to you to decide?

    preach

I have no problem with what i'm saying.

I believe everthing a calvinist believes until the words of Jesus is preached , it doesn't incline any mans heart to believe, but it places two roads believe and be saved or not and be condemned.

    It simplicity

    Moral of the Parable

People in hell that walked away from Jesus know it wasn't because they were not chosen why they are there, but for walking away from Jesus and they will have to spend eternity knowing that.

There is no hope for them, or for those who never hear the Gospel, but there is hope for you and there is hope for the world and that is why we are sent out to tell the world, so the world can hear the Gospel. Just believe don't worry if you not the elect of God or not, just trust in Jesus and you will not be disappointed.

How does the topic title - "Two or so days in Hell"- let anyone know that you are asking whether or not that phrase is referring to a parable? And a parable about what? Also, none of your subsequent comments have anything to do with that issue.

    Parable

I was thinking about the days Jesus was away. Between the death and resurrection and that story came to me.

It is a story that you can get what you want out of it. You can do what you want with the it.

I see it as a rose, men can crush it if they want.

    Look At the Title

It's in the title and the story is from those days, but like I said it is a story
