Do you know the difference between a lion and someone doing something "as" a lion? Satan is constantly trying to fill the place of God (Christ/antichrist etc.). If Christ is a lion then Satan will naturally try to act as a lion.

My Bible does not call Christ and the Devil lions. My Bible says that Christ is a lion and Satan acts like a lion.

Maybe the reason "no KJVOist cares to comment on this "lion" problem" is because we want a real challenge  It sounds to me like someone needs to take some elementary english.

Still waiting to find out who the "Son of man" is and who the "king of kings" is. When you're done ignoring the main point of the "lion" that is. No hurry.

Do you not know the difference between "I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star" and "How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn!"?

One identifies as the son of David. The other is the son of the dawn. They obviously aren't references to the same person.

Yeah. The former is a metaphor, and the latter is a simile. And there's no rule of literature that says two authors can't use the same one of two different people, even Jesus and Satan.

I knew you would ask that eventually - instead of dealing with the point behind the question.
