Nay, let it be not so. An hunger for the English language in the so-called Jacobean fashion hath surely been shewn to be an innovation, for it hath been made manifest that the Psalms as so conduced to a language fit for English ears is of more ancient vintage; that being those of Coverdale, whose transportation of the text to Tudor English proved to be most gladful to the heart and medicine for the soul withal.

"do you think that there should be only one version of the bible instead of all the other versions there are?"

An interesting 'experiment' is shortly going to take place in my country, the release of the NBV. A Bible translation created together by all 3 Dutch Bible societies. Jewish, Protestant and Catholic. It will replace their older translations. So in a few years we will see what the effects are of (almost) everybody adopting the same Bibleversion.

This only goes to prove my contentions that the apostacy is not only largely evident in the States, but that it has wormed it's way in other parts of the world. This is very Ecumenical move and very dangerous and unwise and also disobeying God and his commands. A little leaven, leaveneth the whole lump of dough.

Has this been decided with the special calling of God (in his will)?, or is this by the will of man?

All of the people in your country should just learn English and use the KJV.

Are you telling me, and every other english speaking person, that God has not preserved his words for us? Are you calling God a liar, when God has said 3 times that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God? Where has God said what you say he has? Did he say only the Greek, Hebrew and Araimic speaking people are the only ones that ever will have his preserved words? Please read Psalm 12 (this is a promise to the faithful - not just the jews in Hebrew), and John 16.

Clue 1: What language were these passages originally given in?

I'll make it easy : Hebrew and Greek

Clue 2: Where can we find these very same words preserved in those very same languages?

The Hebrew and Greek Traditional Texts

    The Hebrew Masoretic text.
    The Textus Receptus.

    To me, English.

Clue 1: I wouldn't even know this scripture if it wasn't.

    --------------------------------------------------

Don't need to find them anywhere else, if we already have them.

Clue 2: God has already provided.

refer to Deut. 8:3, Psalm 11,12, Matt. 4:4,Luke 4:4, John 16. Do you doubt these things? Gen.3:1

Than why do you keep referring everyone to those passages like they are the be all and end all of your argument?

If you read with the intentention of understanding you will understand. If you read with the intention of arguing and with the bias of a label, and all the packages that go along with it, you will not understand.

    John 16.

If I read with a KJV bias I will see it from a KJV bias.

No, if you read it with a LOVE for Gods words of truth, FAITH in His promises and LOVE for the truth above all else, without the "LABEL" (as you again have done to your peril of lack in understanding), you will have understanding.

So now your accusation is clear - if I don't see those verses as supporting the KJVO position I have no love for God's Word, no faith in His promises, and no love for the truth.

That's a pretty strong accusation sister.

Using the phrase "to me" rather than depending on proven empirical evidence, is evidence of post-modern thinking.

Post-modernity says "don't bother me with absolute truth or fact". What I believe is all that matters.

In an odd juxtaposition, many KJVonly sect who claim fidelity to 1611 words are actually caught in the vicious lies of post-modern thought.
