Remember the villification case brough by a number of Moslims against 2 people presenting a seminar aimed at highlighting some of the issues deling with Islam and the Koran? well, the case is still progressing, essentially after a number of appeals the evidence is to be looked at by the tribunal again.

A news Item appears in today's (14th Dec) Age newspaper

"In a unanimous decision, three appeal court judges ruled that the orders made by VCAT be set aside and the case return to the tribunal to decided again, without the re-hearing of evidence. The case centred on comments made by pastor Daniel Scot during a seminar, as well as by the church on its website and by pastor Daniel Nalliah in a newsletter."
