I am a pan-millenialist -- it will all pan out in the end!

At my church the particular view about the return of Christ is very much left to the conviction of the individual, BUT the fact that He WILL return is very important.

After all, He will do it His way in His time.

Sometimes imagine some dispensationalists standing there with their charts saying "No Lord, you can't come just now, it doesn't fit my theology" ..

    Regards
Bob (Amillenialist for anyone who wants to know)

Bob, we stand with our charts and say the next event to happen in prophecy is the rapture of the church which can happen any second. In fact, we are waiting for the sound of the trumpet any second. So, you see, you've got us all wrong. [IMG]

It is interesting to study other views on this subject since this is one issue where there seems to be honest debate (rather than "I'm right you're wrong").

I grew up with a very strong dispy premil view, and believed that all "true Christians" shared this. Over the years, my own view has changed.

Personally, I'm pro-millenial - don't know when our Lord will return, but I'm for it!! (Actually, I tend think that a partial Preterist, Amil position is more in line with Scripture.)
