    Need to get rid of absent ballots except in extreme cases, eliminate motor/voter registration, require proof of citizenship for registration, and require proof of identity for voting.

    Doesn't say how many cases of voter fraud there was. Allegations are that the absentee ballots were tampered with. Current proposals for voter photo ID laws would not affect absentee ballots.
