In the N.T. the pastor is subject to the Apostle. You got an Apostle overseeing your church?

In the church I grew up in, Faith Baptist Church of Pekin, IL, we could vote for a pastoral vote when we were 16 if we were members. We got to vote on all aspects of the church at that age. In most of the other churches I've been in, both SBC and IFB, the age has been at 16. I don't believe I've ever been in one that had a younger ability to vote.
