My son has been trying to export music he downloaded from Walmart to his Sonic Stage MP3 player. He is unable to get them to show up on the MP3 player or get them to play.

Any ideas if there is a resolution and what it is?

Have you gone to tools in windows explorer and gone to folder options and change the show all files so all hidden files are visible? They might upload them to you as hidden files, but don't know why they wouldn't play somehow.

Actually, would seem they haven't really been downloaded or have been lost in some manner.

You might go to the download site and see if there is an faq that gives some ideas.

We are looking at it now - it shows them as imported, but wont play them. They show up in the software, but don't show on the device itself. He is trying a dedicated forum, but hoped maybe someone here had had the problem.

Thanks for the quick reply ex

I had the same problem. I had to use windows media player to export the files to the player and they worked fine! You can also play them bak on your computer, re-record them with AUDACITY then convert them back to mp3. This way they will export using any utility.

I will have him check out audacity - he tried WMP and it didn't seem to work.
