    First, I didn't say they were better; you said they were not as good. I was wondering on what basis you formed your opinion - for instance, how do our and Finland's justice systems compare that you consider ours to have superior fairness? That was your assertion.

    Second, many do.
    I might. Canada, for one, is attractive.

    It is hard to respond to that since I have never studied Finnish law. Are you saying that they protect the rights of the accused better? As far as moving to Canada, I have no reason to want to leave the United States.

    Oh, another question. Is it true that you must have a bachelor's degree or above to live in Canada permanently?
