    Hey - FYI - As you may know this year's Dove Awards is not on TV live, but check out www.doveawardslive.com as they are doing a live webcast or all the awards plus a backstage show!!!! Plus, you get the webcast for 30 days following!!!!

    What type of christian music are the awards for? Contemporary or Southern Gospel?

    The Dove awards are for CCM. It used to be for Southern Gospel a long time ago. They just go with whatever is popular.
