Were thew Authors inspired or JUST their Documents?

    Did Paul/Moses etc have "gift of inspiration" from God, that what was inspired went into the canon of Scripture, or was it just the writings themselves?

    IF the authors were, woudn't that mean all important of peter actually wrote both letters ascribed him etc?
