What causes a sinner to receive jesus instead of another in Non calvinism?

    calvinists can and do say that we view sinners rejecting jesus because they were not ofthe Elect of God, just reacting to Him in their :"natural condition"...

    But what reason does a non cal give for one receiving, one rejecting the lord?
