Normally, I read or craft. Ron watches sports.

This week I'm in the process of changing migraine meds though and I'm afraid if I sit down to read, I'll fall asleep, so I'm in a different routine and it made me wonder what you normally do on Sunday afternoons.

    So what do you do?

Often I take a nap in my recliner. If I'm real serious about it, I go lay down in the bed. After leading the worship, occasionally the choir, and preaching, I'm kinda' tired. Then, I have to do it all over again at 6:00! Yup! A nap is a good thing - without one, I get kinda' fussy!

I love the "N" word! (Nap, that is!)

We often go get a bite to eat somewhere and come home. The girls settle in playing and DH goes to the study. I usually come here, then we start it all over again a couple hours later.

My husband watches sports and naps. I read and take a two-hour nap. I love Sunday afternoons!

    I used to nap.

    Back in the olden days.

Now, when I am on shift, I will try to sneak a nap in. Otherwise, I am just hanging.

When I am off, I go visit my mom in the nursing home.

So it looks like the favorite Sunday afternoon activity by a long shot is . . .

Well, if I have to work that night, I come home and finish reading the paper, then go to bed for a few hours. If I have the weekend off, sometimes the wife and I go out for lunch after the service.

I usually eat, then nap for about an hour, then go over my Sunday night lesson.

Maybe it is just because I am a young preacher, but it kind of depends on how the Sunday Morning sermon went. :)

If it seemed to go well, then I will eat lunch, relax with my family, take a nap and then look over my notes.

If it did not seem to go well, I will quickly eat lunch and get into the study to do mroe work on the evening sermon... :)

Turn on the football game...usually the Saints, and then grab a pillow on the couch for a nap!
