Someone has already said it, but America is home . . .

    And that counts a lot.

It is the most blessed nation in history, but is undergoing a transformation from a freedom loving nation founded on and based in Biblical principals, to one caught up in secular humanism, embracing liberalism as its religion.

Really now? I don't think so, especially with Theocons and Neocons running the show. BTW, a religion requires a deity. Liberalism is a political view, not a religious one.

Someone once said that you are for Christ or against Him . . .

You worship Him or you worship _______ . I think that most liberals would prefer 'self' over 'satan'.

Not so. a religion only requires obedience to it's tenets. But even if you are technically correct, (which you are not) no religion apart from Christianity has a deity. Only the assumption of one.

Liberalisms false deity, would be secular humanism, which of course has many diverse gods.

Obviously you misunderstand religion, politics and humanism. Under your definition, conservatism is also a religion with its own pantheon.

You are correct that there are some "religions" that do not require a deity, but I look at them as more philosophical than religious, such as some sects of Buddhism that are essentially atheistic.

And what about religious humanism? Some Christians are also religious humanists. Basically, humanism of various sorts posits that human-created problems have human-creatable solutions. I see no conflict with such a philosophy and a belief in God. Paul Kurtz, and his Council for Secular Humanism is non-theistic, no doubt; however there are other humanist viewpoints.

Any aspect of our lives that is without God is an aspect that is against God. To be without God is evil and contrary to God.

PS. I did not get that from Rush Limbaugh

No, you got that from the Bible. Amen Revmitchell and well said!

For others, I would never defend Humanism. As no matter how it is spun, it is still man's religion based on man's priorities. It rejects God's sole authority and/or revealed truth as given to us in the Bible.

The Bible is the revealed truth of God! Nothing more needs to be said in these regards.

Hill's original quote was pretty accurate though. Case in point. They have never made an issue with Ann Coulter's "Godless-The Church of Liberalism" title. They just go to task over her and what she say's in regards to the issues.

America has gradually moved away from God's standards. As we have allowed humanistic standards to become the rule. With such you can only expect abortion, moral decline, and family strife to continue to grow. We shall reap what we sow, in every aspect of life!

    Take care, :praying:

What about religious humanism. It's just another in a long list of humanistic efforts at life apart from God. I don't understand the rest of your treatise.
