I don't know if this description of Hell is accurate but it certainly got my attention.

Hell is where ever God is absent.

What we know about hell is what God tells us. It's a place of torment (Luke 16), where the worm never dies (Mark 9), where there is thirst (Luke 16), it's the 2nd death (Rev 20, 21), and there is darkness (Matt 22.13). I'm sure I'm missing some.

No offense Zenas, but I'd rather go with God's word than with a nun's vision which I personally do not believe came from God. She said that she was writing at God's command -- why does she get a revelation that God does not give us in his word? She also said she visited there. Please. Reminds me of these wacky tales we get today.
