What is the most unjust law?
What is the most unjust law in our country?

By "unjust" I mean that in your opinion it violates some moral, ethical, religious principle.

Please exclude laws relating to abortion or sexuality.

Please tell us what law is most unjust but you may not tell us what law is unjust?

Why bother if we can't say what we really believe?

I know you said to exclude abortion but I CANNOT.

Deacon you know that it is - there is also legalized suicide in America.

Here in Washington State it is called "Death with Dignity" in Oregon they are at least honest about it and call it "Assisted Suicide".

Laws to punish those who want to obey Christ, such as owners who do not wish to cater gay weddings, yet get forced to!

I guess you're looking to discuss the third most unjust law then.

    1. A constitution that does not uphold the bible as the law of the land and which does not make Jesus our ruler. I mean, think about it, when Jesus returns, to do things "right" we need to have him run for office against a ton of people screaming for his second crucifixion just to pass an amendment to the constitution to allow him to be the nation's "tyrant" (an odious word we use for lawful authorities the world over)

    2. Contraceptive medical science that kills unborn children en mass daily while calling them "embryos"

    3. Abortion, and now telling us it should be provided at tax payer expense to support "good women's reproductive health"

    4. Legalized sexual sin, especially the kind of sex for money stuff (aka prostitution) we see in pornography and legalized brothels

    5. Assisted Suicide

That which the writers and holders place as superior and the final authority above the Word of God.

Deacon, I'll try to abide by your ground rules, so...

Estate tax. How does lumping a tax on someone who just lost a parent appropriate?

Too many to pick just one.but Abortion, is by far the worst.

#1 That judge ruling that Terry Schiavo's husband could remove her feeding tube, comes to mind.
#2 Forcing businesses to cater to the homos
#3. Infringing on the second amendment by requiring "concealed carry permits", or forbidding carrying at all.
    #4 Property taxes
#5 Tangible property taxes(a business pays sales tax on a piece of equipment but has to continue to pay taxes on it every year thereafter.)

Laws restricting the placing of religious icons in public places. laws forcing businesses to cater to those with whom they disagree in manners of religion , morality, etc. If I'm running a business, I'm taking all the financial risks, & if I'm refusing to serve a given customer, I'm the only one losing money.

Wow, I am post # 19 - and only about 8 people properly answered the OP

There are many unjust laws, but one in the top ten would be most welfare programs.
