I believe Joseph was trying to goad me into continuing worthless dialogue with him and not reply to you. I have seen him for what he is and have refused further discussion with him until he repents.

However, not one person has made the claim that there is something wrong with the Bible, except for Joseph in his attacks on those whom he disagree's with. I would love to say I am surprised that the moderators allow these unfounded attacks to stand, but I'm not.

Rooster, it does not matter what you say, Joseph will twist and bend and misapply anything you say in order to keep the argument going. Those of us who have been here a while are wise to his tactics, and they are not likely to change.

If you will re-read carefully Jim's quote, you will see that it is not a matter of not having a Bible with you all the time or having enough Bibles to give away that makes the Bible impractical. It is the fact that the lost will reject it. That is the point. Since the Bible will not attract the "wise" and not appeal to the "wisdom" of this world, we should not use it? No thanks. I will stick with the foolishness of the Bible which is folly to those who are perishing, but is power of God to us who are saved. If you want to use a tract because that is what you are most comfortable with, then I say fine. But, please, don't condemn the Bible as impractical because the lost reject it.

Terry, you and I don't often agree on things, but I will agree with you on this. It does seem that Mr. Botwinick is just wanting to rant and rabble rouse. I'd just say to avoid contention, avoid responding to his posts.

This thread has gotten out of hand---the issue is which gospel track is best used by you---I deem it to have degraded into countless attacks----and will not permit it to go on---therefore, the thread is closed. End of discussion!
