I've never had fish with lime, think I'll try that, wanted to make some tilapia tonight anyway.

    ROTFLOL!
    blackened tube steak! LOL

Last night we had pan seared tilapia with a chili lime sauce over couscous with a vegetable mix of green bean, squash, red peppers, and carrots (it was a frozen bag I didn't make that).
Tonight I don't know yet, weekends are more iffy, and usually quick meals.

    Meatloaf My Way
    Greens
    Gravy

    Apple Crumble
    Custard

With the fish, lime and cracked pepper.....wrap in silver foil so the juices won't leak and baked for 15 mins approx for a fillet in a moderate oven....easy peasy....swap and use lemon, or orange even

    Bean soup sounds yummy!

It's pizza rolls tonight. They're ready for the oven, just waiting for them to "puff up" a little more.
This time made with wheat flour dough to see if they slow down and let me have more than one. LOL! I had actually made them last night for tonight (out of white dough) and they woke up this morning and wolfed 'em down for breakfast.
