    Thanks FoG. Too late for me to try it tonight, might do it tommorrow, if I've still enough melon (will have to buy spinach), sounds good, if you get the chance let me know how it went over.

    The Watermelon Salad for our dinner turned out well. I didn't try much of it though, not a big fan of watermelon.

    Tonight is Breakfast for Dinner: Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon & Sausages, and Sausage Gravy & Biscuits.

    Having our Church's four Pastors and their Wives out for dinner tomorrow night (Monday). Something we do a couple times each year. Just our small way of saying thanks for all they do.

    T-bone Steaks on the grill, Lobster Tails, Fresh Fruit Salad, Caesar Salad, Twice-Baked Potatoes, with Strawberry Shortcake, and Red-White & Blue Cheesecake for dessert.

    Spinach, diced Portabellas, and andouille sausage sauteed with garlic and a bit of olive oil over a small amount of kluske noodles.

    Eaten cold. Too hot to eat anything warm!

    Vegetable curry over rice.
    LOTS of nice fresh veggies chopped up and ready to go, just waiting on hubby to bring home some mushrooms and 'maters so I can get it going!

    Quick, easy, and tasty without using much electric. (rice is in a rice cooker!)

    Sure, IANMO!

    Tonight was chicken alfredo but I don't like it unless I go all out and grill the chicken and stuff, which I didn't, so I ate the side.

    A beautiful little salad with pomegranate dressing. If you haven't tried Marzetti's pomegranate dressing, give it a shot! It's my new favorite, besides plain old olive oil and vinegar.
