    I love singing the Gather song, THE LONGER I SERVE HIM. I sing it both as a praise and a testimony.

    Be Thou My Vision is my favorite [​IMG] I love Ortega's version...which is pretty much just singing it normal but without music for the most part. It's a beautiful song however it's sung.

    Amen Gina re: Be Thou My Vision. I love the version on "The Mandate" CD "All For Jesus". Come to think of it, I love every version I have ever heard..except that shambles that Phil Keaggy did a few years ago. Great guitar player sure, but I'll never forgive him for that one :mad: :mad:

    I have loved Crown Him With Many Crowns since I was about 8 or so. I will have to twist some arms at Church and get them to do all 9 verses one day (See Crown Him With Many Crowns thread buried in the Music forum somewhere [​IMG] )

    I just wish I could play all these great hymns the way they deserve to be played. Oh well, one day [​IMG]

    I have a little song written by a friend called

    "First Look"--

    Goes something like this
