    Great question. I'm glad to see that others are also looking at this well hidden news. As for where Peter the Great is: I think he is in the waters north of Cuba.

    When China took over the Panama Canal, it was rumored that they placed an unknown amount of nuclear missiles there. Those missiles are said to be aimed at the entire west coast, and they are believed to be able to wipe out the entire west coast. It is not known for sure if this rumor is true, but let's never forget that President Carter secretly turned over the canal to China, and Clinton failed to take any action to stop the turner over in 1999.

    The Panama Canal rumors, coupled with the reality of Russia's warship and subs and 20 nuclear missiles in the Gulf of Mexico, America has problems, and the media is slow to report any of these issues.
