Presidential unit Award Army Meritorious Award

These are unit awards - In the Army they are worn over the Right pocket
ONLY when you are assigned to the Unit. --- Unless you were assigned
to the unit when it was awarded.

I have 3 addition ribbons from the State Guard - will look for them

I do not know, but I believe I received a "good conduct" medal, and should have received a National Defense Service Ribbon, and a Overseas Service Ribbon. I did receive, as I have the medal and citation, the Army's Commendation Medal. I also wore my "Sharpshooter" badge. I served as a draftee overseas from 1965 to 1967, filling an E-8 slot as a E-5 during my last year or so of service in West Germany. I was never in combat or seriously injured. Thus I was never even eligible for a "valor" award or a "purple heart." But I do use the "Veterans" parking space at "Loews." :)
