In Tennessee, all of the listed 3d party candidates for POTUS/VPOTUS are on the ballot; however, all of them are listed merely as "Independent."

IOW, there's no specific political party designation printed on the ballot. Hence, Bob Barr & Chuck Baldwin are listed as "Independent" as is Cynthia McKinney.

This is also true for all the other federal and/or state/local level political races.

IOW, to put it the very precise legal phraseology of those folks whose Area Code is probably either 423 or 865, "If yer ain't fer Dumbo, and yer not a' goin' fer dem there Jac..A... candidates, then, show 'nuff, yah gots ta be a pullin' fer one a dem der Independent people, ah reckon."

Color me angry at the Montana Constitution Party. They have ignore the will of their constituents and the good Dr. and have put Ron Paul as the C,P, candidate, on our ballot, even though he has stated he will not recognize the endorsement.

    So we have....

    GOP McCain
    Dem Obama
    Ind Nader
    C.P. Ron Paul
L.P. Bob Barr, another one I will not vote for.

I will write in Chuck Baldwin.
