    A & C could be - But "B" is definitely a correct answer.
    In regards to required paid sick time, Mayor Bloomberg stated (believe it or not) "Faced with this increase in costs, employers will seek to offset them in any number of ways, including reducing other benefits employees receive," ...

    It should be noted the bill was passed overriding Blomberg's veto,
