WVU choked and Missouri is getting beat.

Who's going to New Orleans with Ohio State?

If Missouri loses, I believe LSU will play Ohio State in the Championship game.

I really really really want Georgia to sneak in. Then I want UGA to win.

Basically, I'm for anything that makes the BCS look like the sham that it is.

The best two teams at the end of the season based on how they are playing are Southern Cal and Georgia, but I think the BCS championship game will be Ohio State versus LSU.

Second week in a row that #1 & #2 got picked off.

At this point drawing straws would be appropriate

    :godisgood:

Ain't it fun to be from Oklahoma ;)

What a great time to throw in a playoff system, huh?

I'm just glad the Buckeyes will be there, and their late season loss to Illinois didn't cost them. I think LSU will go.

Definitely a crazy season! There needs to be a playoff so the best team is determined on the field and not by a computer.

I agree with you. There should be a playoff system in place. How would you do it and keep these corporations and colleges happy because of the money situation?

The team who won their conference should play Ohio State. That is Oklahoma, LSU, Virginia Tech, USC or WVU. My vote would go to Oklahoma since they beat the number 1 team at the time.

Sorry Georgia, Missouri, and Kansas. You didn't win the conference, therefore you should not go to the title game.

Isn't the Sugar Bowl obligated to the SEC champion?

The SEC champion goes to the Sugar Bowl unless it goes to the BCS championship game.

If Arkansas can beat LSU, there is no doubt in my mind Ohio State can as well.

Arkansas has underachieved this year. They had the guns to go 12-0, but they squandered the opportunity.

The reason Arkansas beat LSU was because of the Wildcat/hog package. LSU just wasn't equipped to defend against McFadden, Jones, and Hillis.

IMO, LSU wins by 3 TDs.

Yes, Ohio State can but Ohio State doesn't have McFadden, Jones, and Hillis.

And, if Illinois can beat Ohio State, there is no doubt in my mind LSU can as well.

You'd think after the Michigan / Ohio St. game you'd give the prediction thing a rest for a while :D

I'll go with Ohio State for a couple of reasons.

#1, I hate to see anybody stand alone in the face of the Ohio State hating.

#2, Should OSU win, I'm good with the knowledge that Illinois was the only team to beat them.
