I find this a very interesting question. I was told a number of times while in Prague that "Americans will not vote for a black man. They are too racist." I replied, I believed Americans will vote for a black man and that I believe that Europe is more racist than America, but have not acknowledged their racism ... that we Americans acknowledge it and talk about it and thus they, the Europeans and world, believe we are more racist than we really are.

    1. Americans are certainly not among the world's worst racists.
    2. America has not demonstrated that it will vote for a black President -- only Democrats have, and quite maybe not all of them. It's way too early to start making pronouncements as to America's lack of political racism. Besides which, it's probably far too broad a demographic to be anything like a meaningful question in the first place.

Right, because Republicans have now historically selected a black candidate. Right...

    Grow a brain.
