    1. Most seminaries are seed beds of heresy.

    2. When men go to seminary they usually adopt a "holier-than-thou" and "smarter-than-thou" attitude. Most seminary teachers have the same attitude.

    3. Men who go to seminary usually preach on an acedemic level rather than a realistic level.

    4. Seminary straps men with uneccesary time and monetary contraints.

    5. Seminaries tax the churches with uneccesary monetary burdens.

    6. When a man goes into seminary with the idea of being "trained", his mind gets filled with pre-conceptions that hinder the understanding of the Bible.

    7. Seminaries promote, condone, and perpetuate books which would better be tossed on the dung-hill of oblivion.

    8. Seminary teaches men to sermonize and the Bible says that excellency of speech is a hinderance to the gospel.

    9. Seminaries make men into something the institution thinks you should be rather than the man you are who God called to preach.

    10. Seminaries turn out cookie cutter preachers.

    11. Men who have been to seminary are usually afraid to take any stands contrary to the school they attended.

    12. Seminary is by it's very nature two-faced: it must present a face of Bible indoctrination to the churches so it can get money out of them; it must present a face of acedemic inquiry and freedom so as to appear respectable in the acedemic community at large.

A call to preach is a call to preach. If God has called you to preach then what you should do is preach.

Study the Bible incessantly so you will know what to preach. Pray to God that he will open your heart to understand the words, place the message within your heart, and open the door to preach it.

If you have need of help, seek out godly men (or women) who you trust and who can give you some guidance and advice. Don't ever be afraid to preach what you know to be the truth, regardless of whether it goes against what the schools are advocating or what is popular.

If this second post is a commentary on your first post, I agree with it! :D
