    The Couric piece was an edited version of a chop job--they edited out the answers Palin could snap back with.

    The questions were remarkably unfair--Give me the opportunity to ask Couric twenty questions about the Constitution or foreign affairs, and she will be talking to herself before I'm done--but I teach this stuff, and have degrees in History, Social Sciences, Religion, and Foreign Affairs. Couric had her staff searching for gotchas.
