    I won the "uglier than a stump, meaner than a junkyard dog, big as the side of a barn" award, but that was in my younger days when I was better lookin' and nicer. When I was promoted to Major, the speculation was that my promotion picture was so mean lookin' that they were afraid to NOT promote me. But that's just what I heard.

    Of course, I am sure your experience includes fishing company owner, mayor, governor, regulator, and mom of five--or does it?
