Today, as I was getting groomed before heading to the doctors, I did something I don't like to do, and wished I wouldn't have done, but, there I was, staring at myself, eye-to-eye, in the privacy of my bathroom mirror, and suddenly what I saw reminded me that gravity has begun to take its full control on every part of my body from the neck on down!

I gasped, in horror, then snuck a second peek; something I shouldn't have done, and spent the remainder of the day, depressed over the fact that "Inside of this 67-year-old man was a very, VERY young man wondering what happened, and why does God take that youthful physique away from us, just when we get to the age of being able to appreciate it?"

How are you viewing yourself, as you get older? After I finished being down and in shock, I gave thanks that I'm still on the green side of the lawn! Although, like Paul said, "to die is gain," I am grateful that I still have some time to drag this flabby old body around in order to share the Word of God with the lost! :type:

    Because .....

I am a Baptist .... you are a Baptist [I presume] ... and others reading it are Baptists ... and I eft the OP open for discussion and Biblical views!

I do not know why you are so picky, but God tells me to forgive you, so I do!
