    Ben Sass:

When does the SEA disappear? Sorry, read the last verse in Ezekiel the NAME CHANGE of the present Jerusalem .Adonai Shammah.
The Jerusalem of Rev 20:9 is NOT the NEW Jerusalem which only comes down AFTER hell is over and the earth is made new and NO MORE SEA!
The BIBLE teaches about a COMING Earthly Millennium to commence at the parousia.

    GE:

The ‘sea’ in Revelation is a symbolic word just like ‘beast’ for example. You cannot decide that it does not symbolise ‘nations’ simply because you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit your ideas. Revelation is not about geography; it’s about the Gospel of Christ.

As the Jerusalem of Revelation 20:9 comes down, hell is breaking loose while the saved go up to and enter into Jerusalem the whole earth over; the earth is made new and re-populated with the inhabitants of the Holy City.
