Will the Supreme Court Decide this Election? The allegations of voter fraud already abound, ACORN, etc. What say you?

I doubt it. The Supreme Court doesn't like to get involved. The only reason they got involved in 2000 was because the Fla. high court tried to change the election laws after the fact.

    peace to you:praying:

The results of this election have been predetermined again. A globalist will "win" whether or not the court gets involved.

I don't think so, there is nothing happening this election that hasn't happened in previous elections. This stuff is standard and Mickey Mouse and the Dead people never end up voting. The only difference is the Republicans have made it media and got the justice department to get involved.

It appears this is the same sticky subject that got the 9 justice department lawyers fired two years ago. The DOJ is under investigation so I don't think much will come of their involvement. I am reading more on the DOJ's power before I say what they can or can't impact on this election.

Also, the Democrats have filed a counter suite with the DOJ so I believe we'll see a quick end to the legal rumblings.

There is also allegations of Republican voter fraud in CA. I will open a new thread once I see a good news source for this.

Nope, I think this one will be decided on Nov 4th by the voters.

I suppose you mean similar to the way the Supreme Court decided the fraudulent 2000 election for the Republicans?

See, it's posts like that that get me suspicious when you put up something articulate. I still see you haven't admitted to stealing someone else's work.

And now you come up with another dishonest argument, one you have disappeared from several times when challenged.

Again, why do you come here ?

Precisely because the allegations of voter fraud (similar to 2000) and the Supremes then is the reason I posed this question. Especially in light of the Ohio fraud. Poncho may correct, however. See his post above.

Found some mood music for ya.

BTW, if things do play out that way we'll still have a globalist in the WH.

    What a crock of hooey.

George Bush won...using the very metrics that Al Gore asked for.

But the Dem's told Gore to quit crying and take his butt whoopin like a Man. No matter who wins this election, I hope they take that advice. No matter who wins, the nation needs to get behind our leader since we are all in the together and we are in many crises. When I say get behind him, I don't mean with harmful intentions.

By the way, the decision in 2000 was to let FL run their own election which they did and Gore lost and Bush took office.

Obama's victory will come by a margin large enough to avoid a scenario like 2000.

I think it's too soon to tell, McCain is coming up in the polls so might win by a narrow margin.

I'm speaking in terms of electoral votes. McCain would pretty much have to sweep the swing states to win this election. Even so, I still think the margins are going to be much wider than in 2000.

I suppose you're going to claim that the 2004 election wasn't stolen by Bush as well. Wake up and smell the coffee.
