Does anyone know if this can be done:
Can Windows XP be set up to block internet access for a user?

This is not my work I found it on another forum. I did not post a link because I do not know what else may be on that particular forum ie content. But I thought it might help.

There are some parental control programs for free if that would help.

As far as xp, yes you can just block internet usage. I've never done it but you could go to start/control panel/user accounts and one of the options as the administrator you can change accounts. (The other account you want to limit must be setup) Just snoop around in the parental control area and see what you find.
