Why can't women lead in prayer and singing in our public assemblies? What Scriptures forbid these functions of our sisters?

Women can't speak in church. Both of these involve our voices.

Women pray in our church, and can think of no reason they could not lead music.

Does that then limit choir and/or praise team membership to men?
    What about drama?
According to your definitition, the answer must be yes to both of these.

Nope. It causes confusion and conflict. Everything has to be in order.

They can do mime, since that involves being silent.

I'm sure we can't say, excuse me, please, thank you, welcome, how are you doing, sing a hymn of praise, say amen, or wheres the bathroom either.
This verse has been completely misunderstood.

Do you believe it is wrong for women to sing in the congregation? Looking for clarification not a debate.

If you don't mind, please describe for us your activities during singing, praying and the preaching of the Word by the minister. I hope this is not asking too much of you. Thank you.
