Workplace Bible Study

I am getting ready to start a Women's Bible Study at work. We will be opening it to all women at the company by posting a sign in the ladie's bathroom. We will be conducting it during our lunch hour. I wanted to see if anyone had any experiences that they could share with me about do's and don't's. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My work has a men's and women's bible study. Management doesn't care, so long as it doesn't interfere with the job, and so long as space is available.
