    ==I know all about the Jesus Film Project, our churches have been involved in that project. However nothing you have said here challenges anything I have said. Everything I said still holds.

    ==I don't have to chill, to chill I would have to be mad and I am not. I was only responding to your "you have all the answers" comment. O, and that was far from a "tirade". When I go on a tirade posts and emails fly from my keyboard. That has not happened here.

    ==I think you have misunderstood what I have been saying. I am not saying people have to do anything, and I have not said that all Christians have to be theologians or apologists. I have said that I don't believe average Christians should be studying the Quran. I suggested that if they are interested in this issue because they have Muslim friends who they wish to witness to then they should find a good Christian scholar who has studied this issue. If we are going to witness to someone who comes from a different back ground we need to know where they are coming from. As for debate, sometimes we have to be prepared for that. Christians should always be ready to give a defense for our faith.

    ==How?

    ==That I know of? None. I no longer have any contact with any Muslims at all. At my former job, which I left in 2006, I worked with and talked to a large number of Muslims.

    ==Thats fine as long as the people there can answer questions/objections that might be raised (or at least point people to resources their answer those questions/objections). My argument here is not that every Christian has to be an apologetics scholar, certainly not. What I am saying, and this is Scriptural, is that all Christians should be ready to defend their faith and answer objections or at the very least provide resources that answer objections. The position, which I believe has been presented here by other posters, that we should just present the Gospel without any consideration as to how to answer objections (etc) is unBiblical and is what I have been opposing.
