The George Zimmerman defense has recently gotten a lucky break. Angela Corey, Florida’s state attorney and the prosecutor against Zimmerman, has been indicted by a citizens’ grand jury for allegedly falsifying an arrest warrant and the complaint that led to Zimmerman being charged with the second-degree murder of Trayvon Martin.

The indictment accuses Corey of allegedly withholding photographs of Zimmerman’s head after the incident. Also, Corey allegedly falsely signed an arrest warrant under oath without including the pictures as evidence. Critics claim that Corey rushed the arrest warrant through because activists were rallying around the Trayvon Martin shooting, demanding that Zimmerman be charged with murder. Critics argue that Corey was attempting to secure a reelection with the support of the activists.

Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz stated that Corey’s actions were unethical and illegal

When a liberal Democrat like Dershowitz said that the Florida prosecutor was immoral, then you know that this case was handled in a peculiar manner.

You took someone's life. I shouldn't ever see you sitting in court like this.

We'll see what happens when you're falsely accused. BTW, what was the event? The pic is probably 1/200th of a second. Think you're getting the whole story?

Zimmerman didn't take Martin's life. Martin gave it away when he attacked Zimmerman, broke his nose and started beating his head into the concrete.

The only unjust thing is that we are having a trial at all. Zimmerman should have been congratulated and sent on his way. Martin's family should have been told to come take their gansta want-to-be son and dispose of his remains.

Rather judgmental. You do not know what he has been through day in and day out.

We agree more than you might think.

Working long hours the last several years in non-airconditioned, grimy, sweat shops here in Houston left little time to do more than shower, eat and sleep.

I retired this past January so I have had a lot more time looking into things rather than take for granted what the news networks say. I must say I am shocked to realize where we are and where we are headed.

Also, I have returned to shooting and reloading ammunition so I come in contact with many conservative groups involved with gun rights. Some thiry-five years ago when I used to reload it involved little government intrusion into our rights to obtain and keep firearms which, as I have discovered, has dramatically changed.

Add to all this the fact that now attending the same IFB church I attended when when I married in 1972 has been an eye-opener to say the least.

This kinda sorta reminds me of the OJ Simpson trial back in the day. Then just as now, the prosecution got too effiecent for its own good.

Don't have to know what he's been through day in and day out. What I do know is that it looks bad for someone who took the life of another to be sitting in the court room laughing for reasons inside and outside that courtroom.

Thanks. Notice everyone who doesn't agree with our viewpoint is deemed something.

Any so-called love that is not grounded in truth is not truth, but it is falsehood disguised as truth. Part of this truth is that a person is responsible for their actions and the consequences that follow. Perhaps if Trayvon Martin had learned this earlier in life he would still be alive.
