Cuts In Doctor Fees For Medicare Patients Delayed

By now it should be getting familiar. Unless lawmakers act before Jan. 1, Medicare payments to doctors will be cut by 25 percent.

It's the fifth time this year Congress has been faced with this same situation. Twice — in April and again in June — lawmakers missed deadlines and had to rescind cuts retroactively.

Neither Republicans nor Democrats support the cuts — which are so large many predict they would result in doctors' dropping Medicare patients. But so far no one has figured out how to come up with the $300 billion or so it would cost to fix the problem, or agreed to add it to the nation's burgeoning budget deficit.

 

This, after telling us they were going to partially pay for Obamacare through cuts for physician services for Medicare patients.

Democrats know it was a lie. I knew it was a lie. I think everyone but the most sycophantic liberals knew it was a lie. Now it has been proven to be a lie.

Where will that $500 Billion come from ? Probably a printing press or China. Both bad.

Obamacare is one big lie right after the other.

It needs to be repealed and, since Obama will veto that, it needs to be gutted by refusing to fund key parts of it.

 

I don't believe democrats can pass that tax increase right now.

I believe they'll just print the money.
