    By packing the Supreme Court? When FDR tried it the Republicans objected. "Food for the goose . . . ."

    Bill,

    FDR wanted to pack the Supreme Court by adding more Supremes so he could fill them with his own people. Then, he could get a majority by packing the courts with extra seats. This was very dishonest.

    The president should put on the court Supremes that match his beliefs. However, comparing FDR's immoral moves to the Republicans wanting to nominate people to place on the Court is not accurate.
