Will the GOP accept the will of the voters or tie up the system with lengthy and costly legal battles?

In most states if the vote count is within 0.5% of being tied there is an automatic recount. GOP lawyers don't have anything to do with mandatory state recounts. (Note: the threshold could be 0.25%, 0.5%, depends on the state.)

The legal battles would be during the recount and likely be over what constitutes a valid vote.

I hope they will accept the will of the voters. even if it comes down to a few votes.

Richard Nixon was very gracious in the 1960 election in this regard. Despite what happened to him in future years, he did show class in this case. In fact, a very good case can be made for the fact he won the election over Kennedy. From the antics of the 2000 election, both sides showed no such qualities.

If there is evidence of fraud then the election should be contested!

There WILL BE fraud- not IF there will be. Now whether the fraud is big enough to actually influence the outcome of the election or not, that's another story.
