As our military continues on track to dishonor this nation and as our nation continues to justify our disgrace I believe we will see an ever rising world in disgust towards this nation from all around the world as God continues to withdraw His hand on us. We have become a nation of hypocrites as we tell other nations to get their houses in order and ours is little more then an outhouse of stench while we sing God bless America. Who are we kidding?!! I can say without any shame I would not serve in any military that holds such disgusting practices as ours is now doing. As a nation we are becoming like puss filled wounds, oozing from infected scabs. We should hang our heads in shame before the world and above all before God. I would hope any God honoring military person would burn their uniforms and any metals they may have and distance themselves from what we are becoming as a nation. Learn from men like John the Baptist who was willing to stand for God instead of with the godless king ...

When you actually examine this country's government and federal policies, the military was the last governmental entity that had held out against homosexuality. You can thank your duly-elected representatives and senators--not the military--for that change.

I'm not happy about this, and I'm not defending it. I'm offering a counter-point to a hateful diatribe from someone who is vehemently anti-military, and dishonors his ancestors and the forefathers of this country who took up arms to defend their Christian beliefs and God-given freedoms and liberties--yet he continues to spit on those that do the same today.

Don what do you mean all. You make it sound like their are multitudes. There are not many out here in the real world not to mention in the military. When at least 50% of those who attend church regularly and claim to be saved are not really Christians then why would there be many in the military who are God honoring. Do you rerally know what God honoring is? I am not worried about what is left as what we already have in moral values is disgusting. There are things greater then then this nation's military and one is honoring the Lord which the military is not doing. We are told to come out from among them not remain with them. Dust your feet and stop denying the evil that come upon the military. It should be clear to you that the presence of Christians is not keeping the military from dishonoring the nation and God. My guess is it is because most of the ones claiming to be Christians are part of the problem with themselves having immoral life styles.

I would venture to say that 80 to 90 percent of those who claim to be Christian in the military are involved in pre-martial relations, adultery, use foul language, lie regularly, get drunk, and use drugs.
It would be different if those who claim to be Christians would just openly speak out against the policies but even that is not happening and the reason is they fear the wrath of man more then of God. So don't tell me how they are God honoring people.When we look into the bible we see God honoring as men who stood against unrighteousness and it cost them their lives. They were beheaded sawed in two and more. Down through history we also can see some who were God honoring, but what we are seeing today is silence and nothing that even resembles honoring God. Unless those who claim to be Christians at least get the same amount of press because of their actions as to those who are supporting the immorality don't tell me about God honoring. It is time for Christians to stand up for what they claim to believe and live it instead of just giving lip service to one another in private conversations.

Hello Pamelak. There is no question that the murdering of millions of unborn by sucking their brains out and dismembering their bodies while they are alive has brought the wrath of God on us. I think what we are seeing in this nation's military of honoring people who are into immoral lifestyles as just another sign that we are experiencing the wrath of God visiting itself on us. The sad thing is the brain washing that has taken place in many who claim to be christians who continue to defend these actions instead of standing strong against them.

You try and justify what the military is doing by covering the truth by changing the parameters. You say there are scores of pastors who molest, doctors who preform abortion, policemen, firemen, and medics who are homosexual and corrupt, mothers and fathers who are sexual predators and pedophiles, and then ask should we turn from them. The answer is yes if they are openly promoting those things.

The problem today in the military now that our government is openly promoting immorality in its worst, those who claim to know the Lord just set back and say and do nothing. At least nothing to get anyone's attention. There has been a many a homosexuals who came out prior to the lifting of the ban to show support of their sin and were kicked out of the military and not a single claimed Christian who has done the same to support their claim of righteousness exhausts a nation as far as I know. What does that tell you about those who enter the military and claim to be Christian? Instead of being brave we show ourselves being cowards.

You say you fear and you should. However your fear should be because of your own support of evil and not having the fear of God. By the way my position is not anti military. My position is anti evil and sin and while the problem has always been in the military it has been rejected and hidden and even scorned, but now our military has openly adopted it calling it acceptable and claimed christians just shake their heads and do nothing. Where are the brave and the honorable and why are we not hearing them speak and seeing them act?
You say what these women did makes you sick and angry. I find that amusing as it does not seem to cause you to take a stand and speak out to your own demise, but rather you seek to hinder and rebuke those who do. As the shame of those women shows openly yours follows close behind you as you seek to have it hidden.

When we are so timid (cowardly) to speak the truth because of claiming to be politically correct or not wanting to rock the boat we stand condemned along with those who practice unrighteousness in immorality.
