I'm probably doing the best I ever have in my adult life

    Well, having a job helps a lot with feelings of self worth and makes me far less frustrated with myself.
    I do gotta work on organizing myself better still, in terms of housework and stuff. As of right now, I'm not keeping up with housework, and I desperately need to fold my laundry that's been sitting on my bed for a week. It's harder to do it when I don't feel like I need to in order to maintain my self worth, since my job gives me that now.

    Still, I'm making money, I'm helping the family out with my money, I feel quite good.

    Good, I'm happy to hear it. The thing about having a job is that it seems that's all you ever do, work. Try not to feel overwhelmed and pace yourself.

    First, raise your self-value and expectation bar. After that, set aside a few hours to do your housework and just go and kill it, done! Then, take a few moments to enjoy the natural high you feel as you view the world from a since of accomplishment as you envision the new exciting paths before you which are there for your taking.
