I grew up in a relatively strict Roman Catholic home. All my life, I believed I was going to heaven because I went to church and was a "good person." A few years ago, after extremely heavy conviction and the realization that the Catholic Church is nothing but a dead religious cult, I came to the understanding that I was a condemned sinner and trusted in the finished work of The Lord Jesus Christ to save me from hell. Overtime as I grew in grace, The Lord began to show me many truths about the faith and His Word, and eventually led me a KJVB independent Baptist church. While no churches are perfect, I believe it is the IFB churches often come the closest to Biblical truth in doctrine. So here I am.
