Yes, I reject many of the court decisions like "Dred Scott" and "Roe v Wade" that shows the Supreme Court to be as wrong as any group of people ever has been. Where is abortion specifically mentioned in the Federal Constitution? The fact is it isn't and the rightful place for this issue was with the individual states as per the 10th Amendment.

As for laws. too many have been passed that are unconstitutional on their face. Lawmakers need to ask themselves is the law they are about to pass is in sync with the constitution or not, and too many times they answer no and vote to pass it anyway thus setting the stage for the courts.

The Congress which created the Federal Court system needs to rein them in as the courts have stuck their noses into places where they do not belong. The most egregious case of late has been the courts intervening in the DACA issue where some Federal Judge is saying that a presidential Executive Order cannot be ended with another presidential Executive Order - this violates the separation of powers and is simply madness and an example of where we are today. Like I said, we seem to be living in a post-constitutional society.

I recognize that the Democrats are responsible for the murder of tens of millions of unborn children and that they should ask Jesus to forgive them. And I know that Jesus has a rocking chair and that those aborted children are with Jesus. The Democrat Party is violent beyond description.

Do you think you can pick which laws to obey and which not to obey? Good luck with that.

I was just trying to point out that some court decision somewhere is not the right decision. Would you like to live in an America that was like Venezuela? You know, a country where a one political party had absolute control over everyone and everything, making the citizens daily lives just as miserable as can be?

Which brings us to the great foresight of our Founding Fathers in making sure the citizenry always had the right to own firearms. Despots like Mao, Stalin, Hitler and the Democrats know that this right is an impediment to total control and that is why they want ever more gun control laws.

How old do you think he is?

The Dred Scott decision came down in 1857 and was invalidated by the constitutional amendments invalidating slavery at the end of the Civil War.

I see... so you are categorizing Democrats as despots like Mao, Stalin and Hitler?!? Didn’t you just imply that a two party system keeps us free of becoming Venezuela :Sneaky

This is an aside but believe it or not, Venezuela is a colony of Cuba. I think that it happened because Chavez and then Maduro had extreme security problems and the Cuban military is an elite unit trained by the KGB. The Cubans went to Venezuela as a praetorian guard and took over behind the scenes. This is not my opinion but the opinion of Venezuelan and Cuban dissidents. Former President of Costa Rica, the Nobel prize wining Oscar Arias has said the same thing publically.

I think it was a terrible court decision but it has been rectified since then and is no longer the law. I don't agree with the Citizens United decision which has let corporations and the rich control our politics but it is still the law. My argument is you simply only use the Constitution to follow the law. besides, a lot has changed in America and the world since the late 1700's.

Our forefathers established separation of power in the three branches of government and states rights to prevent a dictator from taking over America. Guns are not the answer. So far this separation of power and our rights of freedom of speech and a free press have held up against the greatest threat we've encountered in our history, the far- rights under Trump.

But you do believe in abortion and same-sex marriage.

You just want to be like George III and disarm the public?

The far-right as you call them would have vetoed the leftist spending bill the other day and would not have had alleged affairs with porn people and would have told Mueller that he is no good a long time ago. The only thing we have to fear domestically are gentrified urban whites who displace the poor and then call the police all the time about their safe spaces.

A lot of them are. McConnell and Ryan as well as McCain and Graham. Mueller is responsible for the bungling of the anthrax case, causing a lawsuit that cost the government $6,000,000 as well as causing another person to commit suicide. Mostly, he sat through a long list of Obama scandals and did not even open a case.

How so? A Federal Judge has no business in stopping President Trump from removing an Executive Order that was put in place by President Obama. This Judge has violated the "separation of powers" that the Constitution mandates. The same thing happened when President Trump enacted an Executive Order earlier in his presidency deciding which people from which countries could come here. According to the Constitution and legal precedent, this is an executive branch power and the judiciary was overstepping it's authority. The "separation of powers" has not held up, it has been attacked by liberal Federal Judges going beyond their constitutional mandate.

Our greatest threat of recent times was Obama. He sent the IRS after his political opponents, went after journalists, turned the Justice Department into his political protectorate, and used Executive Orders to create immigration laws (DACA) all by himself (bypassing the Congress who has the only authority in this matter).. All I can say is thank God that he is gone.

So please, tell us where President Trump has gone beyond his constitutional authority in anything he has done so far? As for limiting free speech, which newspapers has he shut down and who are the journalists he has jailed? How many citizens has he denied their constitutional rights? The only people seeking to deny citizens their constitutional rights are the Democrats with their calls to ban scary looking firearms. You are talking nothing but nonsense.

Again Trump is not far right... he is in fact a Neocon much more like Bush with conserns for empire building, evidenced by the appointment of John Bolton. No true conservative would have

approved that spending bill and no Christian would be soliciting porn stars. I sincerely hope this is a wake up call for the Christian Right.... Satan is at work here and he is laughing his head off.

Except that Bolton is of the Kissinger school of foreign policy--not neocon. The neocons all drifted back to the Democrat Party.
