When I tuned in to the SOTU and saw the camera pan the audience, all the ladies in white caused me to wonder if I missed the "memo?" I have to admit, after reading (in the article attached below) I was mildly impressed with their motive. Now I wonder if it impressed you too, or did it matter in any way, shape or form???

Why a lot of women are wearing white tonight

I thought it was childish and unprofessional.

It got worse when they looked around at each other as if to ask, do we clap now, or do we stand now. Like they couldn't decide on their own.

I haven't really found out yet who was telling them to do what. Makes me wonder if they really have minds of their own or need someone else to call every shot for them.

    My impression...brainless group think.

My first thought was "it's a cult". That was my second and third thought too....but then I looked up the reason.

I don't like that this was a repeat and was meant (last time) to represent struggling against Republicans trying to turn the clock back on women. But I get the point.

I do not think it played well To me it tended to emphasize separation.

Makes me wonder - who are they representing - the constituents in their home district
    or - just women?

They didn't applaud for anything that was good news for their constituents, just what was good news for them.

    Does that answer your question?

All I know is they were the ugliest collection of women I have ever laid eyes on. Most of them were were worse than Aunt Esther,

Laughed and laughed when I read that.

Hey, white is not to be worn after Labor Day until Memorial Day. Bad fashion. White Dems rule the Dem party anyway.

If they represent the main result of suffrage for women, then I am compelled to side with Ann Coulter on this issue.
