Astronomers have captured the first image of a black hole, heralding a revolution in our understanding of the universe’s most enigmatic objects.

The picture shows a halo of dust and gas, tracing the outline of a colossal black hole, at the heart of the Messier 87 galaxy, 55m light years from Earth

    Not at all Rev.

Black holes are oceans of sub atomic particles.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

IMO God created colossal pools of sub atomic particles and collected them into what the bible calls "waters" - mayim in vs 2.

Then He organized them from sub atomic to atomic particles collected them into stars which resulted in LIGHT.

What these scientists are not aware of is that they are GLORIFYING their creator.

One of them wept upon seeing His glorious creation.

The Hebrew expression of "without form and void" expresses exactly what the primitive creation of sub atomic particles was before being organized into the basic 118 elements of matter.

The current theory is that each galaxy contains a black hole tool of creation.

As far as we know and can see there are 100 trillion or so galaxies each containing up to 100 trillion stars.

this supposedly is about 4 times the number of grains of sand upon the earth.

    Psalm 19
1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

Well, it seems you are in the same group as Einstein.

Newtonian gravity is the basis for black holes.

    Where sqr(1 - (v/c)^2) = sqr(1 - 2GM/(rc^2))

    Therefore v = sqr(2GM/r)

Einstein's theory of general relativity. I know of no who predicted the blackhole with Newtonian gravity.

I don’t know about those numbers. How do you put a number on infinity? Why stop at 100 trillion?

As for defining a black hole in the heavens being without form, how can a hole not be formed by its edges and how can the space of the hole be void and not be filled with at least space air/particles or something?

Did you see what I said ? "as far as we can see"

unbounded electrons and positrons are without form.

I hear we have a new telescope going into operation next year that will see like about 100 times as far.
James Webb Space Telescope (WEBB/JWST) NASA
If you say so. I wouldn't know, I haven't seen any of these.:Biggrin

The black hole is the part that cannot be photoghaphed; only the effects thereof. But I suppose that is like saying "nothing" can not be a noun, as a noun is a person, place or thing, and that does not qualilfy.

Okay, but answer me this, what is the "stuff" around the outside of the ring around the black hole if not a bigger black hole?

    I don't know.

It would be a long trip to go and find out - allegedly 50 million plus light years away.

Yeah , well, that's another thing - travel at the speed of light for 50 million years and we are supposed to be able to see that far?

Me thinks these scientist are so anxious to prove creation happens naturally and without God that their "scientific hypothesis" runneth wild...

Why is the dust and gas glowing?
I only took one astronomy class in college. Would not have taken it if it weren't the easiest science class I could find that fit the requirement. (I am not even sure if Pluto is a planet.)
