This is/was a strange situation indeed.

Apparently Julian Assange "bit the hand that fed him" when he sued the Ecuadorian government for violating his civil rights and they subsequently expelled him from the embassy.

If he makes it to the states no doubt the DNC will want a congressional investigation (as they should) BUT the progressives priority will be an attempt to have him throw the POTUS under the bus confessing that Trump colluded with the Russians. Won't work. Too many Looney Tunes.

Jerome Corsi: Julian Assange Has Information That Could "Destroy The Russian Hoax"

"... Robert Mueller says there was no Russian collusion. Julian Assange can come back and prove that Russia was not involved in stealing the Democrats' emails. Julian Assange can come back and open up the Seth Rich case, where he has suggested time and again that there was this DNC employee who was murdered in Washington during the 2016 campaign who supplied him the emails."

"Julian Assange should do what I've done and write a book," he also said. "If Julian Assange wants to write a book and get it published we'll get it published for him. If he wants a co-author or a ghostwriter call on me. Fight back! Because Assange has information that can absolutely destroy the Russian collusion hoax. He said it from the beginning. I never talked to him, all I had to do was listen to his press conferences. He said the Russians were not involved in stealing the emails."..."

People are fickle. Cohen once claimed he would take a bullet for Trump.

An interesting character. Heavily left leaning in his beliefs (according to his leaked dating profile), but he seems to leak all without regards to politics.

Not that I would trust him as far as I could throw him.

To me this violent expulsion of Assange from the Ecuadorian Embassy just doesn't pass the smell test.

    sniff, sniff - hmm, UK/USA collusion :)

Sad to see that he didn't come out of the embassy like a man, with his head held high and a purposeful walk ready to face his destiny. Instead he was dragged along by the police, a little sniveling coward at the end of his long self imposed isolation - totally pathetic!

What happened with Ecuador was just that the socialist/communist government of Rafael Correa was voted out. It was aligned with Venezuela and part of ALBA, the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America, consisting of Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaruga, Bolivia, and Ecuador. With the death of Fidel Castro, the leadership of ALBA was at a loss. Hugo Chavez was charismatic but he died of cancer. Nicolas Maduro is just a pig. Raul Castro is just a butcher. Evo Morales of Bolivia is just a nut who used to be a drug grower and acts weird. Daniel Ortega in Nicaruga is an open child molester. That left the bitter dummy Correa who couldn't control the press in Ecuador and got voted out.

The new president of Ecuador Lenin Moreno disliked Assange and threw him out of the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.

    Case closed.
