    Asthma, y’all.

    Asthma.

    Don’t get me wrong, asthma can be debilitating. Chronic asthma is the worst; it can disable a person. If Biden legitimately suffered a serious asthma problem, his draft deferment is perfectly legitimate.

    Here’s the problem, though…

    While Biden was scoring a deferment for “asthma as a teenager,” he was — get this — also scoring touchdowns as a teenager.

    Biden played football in high school and once went so far as to lie about playing footballfor the University of Delaware — even though he didn’t, but Biden is the kind of liar who lies about such things.

    What’s more, InsideSources points out that in his autobiography, Biden makes no mention of asthma, but brags about being “active in intramural sports” while in college, and “recounts an active childhood [and] football exploits in high school.”

    Worse still, during one summer home from college, as Biden himself has admitted, he worked as a lifeguard, which requires vigorous health in order to pass that test, including a very healthy set of lungs.

    Methinks the author needs to learn a bit about asthma. Also the reasons why the military disqualifies people with asthma.

    This again. Trump's bone spurs, now Biden's asthma, why am I supposed to blame them for avoiding an unwinnable war?

    Both conditions can be disqualifiers for military service, It was never true that Trump couldn't remember which foot it was, it was both feet. I have seen people with them that had trouble walking, and I know for a fact that asthma is a disqualifier. So what, I played sports too but they told me a controlled football game that has limited duration is not the same as a military deployment.

    People with Asthma can perform at very high physical levels. The military disqualifies them for many reasons. One of the guys I played football with had mild asthma. I never saw him use an inhaler. I never saw him have symptoms. He did not disclose it to the Marine Corps recruiter, paperwork, etc. When they did the CS training, the Corps found out about it in dramatic fashion. He was discharged. I never would let anyone with Asthma on my SWAT team for the same reason. We used CS, CN, and OC.(we had CN, I don't ever remember using it)
